ethical, and patient-centric healthcare. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized

Junior HR Executive to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee

engagement, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

 Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee

referrals.

 Screen resumes and schedule interviews.

 Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

 Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

 Support campus hiring and walk-in interview drives.

Employee Onboarding

 Coordinate joining formalities and induction programs.

 Collect and verify employee documents.

 Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.





 Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.

HR Operations

 Maintain employee records and personal files.

 Update HRMS/employee database regularly.

 Support attendance, leave, and employee documentation.

 Assist in maintaining HR policies and records.

Employee Engagement

 Support employee engagement activities and celebrations.

 Coordinate training sessions and internal events.

 Help address employee queries and maintain positive workplace relationships.

Compliance & Administration

 Assist in maintaining statutory and company HR records.

 Ensure confidentiality of employee information.

 Support HR audits and documentation when required.

Required Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.

 0–2 years of HR or recruitment experience.
