About Nymbrosia Z

Nymbrosia Z is a women-led, intergenerational BeautyTech venture on a mission to redefine what beauty means for Indian women — across generations. We build skin-healing, simplified cosmetics for two audiences that the industry has long overlooked together: women 40+ who've stepped away from beauty due to past skin damage, and Gen Z users overwhelmed by complex, multi-step routines. We're a early stage startup at the very beginning of our 0-to-1 journey, and we're building in public, with purpose.

The Chance

We're hiring a
Founder's Office Associate
— someone who will work directly with Founder Nyra Banerjee as her right hand across everything: operations, strategy, research, content, vendor management, and whatever else it takes to get Nymbrosia Z off the ground.

This is not a siloed support role.



You won't be scheduling meetings all day. You'll be sitting inside the decision-making process of an early-stage consumer brand — watching (and helping) it navigate product development, brand building, marketplace launches, fundraising, and team-building in real time.

If you're a sharp, curious generalist who wants to learn how a brand is built from scratch — and you're willing to roll up your sleeves and figure things out — this role is built for you.

What You'll Own

Founder Support & Operations
- Manage the Founder's calendar, communications, and task list — ensure she's always focused on the highest-priority work
- Track action items across meetings, follow up with internal and external stakeholders on open loops
- Maintain a central operating system (Notion/Google Workspace) that keeps the team organized and accountable
- Handle logistics for vendor calls, agency briefs, lab visits, and regulatory consultations
