Qualification:
- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (BAMS)
- Valid State Medical Council/AYUSH registration
- BLS/ACLS certification preferred

Experience:
- Fresher to 3 years
- Experience in multi-specialty hospital preferred

Salary:
- 35,000 per month (Based on experience and competency)
- Additional incentives/allowances may be provided for night shifts, emergency duties, or performance.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care to patients under the supervision of consultants.
- Perform initial patient assessment and clinical documentation.
- Attend emergency and casualty cases as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor admitted patients and communicate clinical changes to consultants.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
- Coordinate with Nursing, Laboratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, infection control practices, and patient safety protocols.
- Participate in clinical audits, CMEs, and hospital training programs.

Duty Pattern:
- Rotational shifts (Morning/Evening/Night)
- Weekly off as per hospital policy
- Emergency duties as assigned
