Role Description
The Student Counsellor (Tele Calling) is a full-time remote role focused on guiding prospective and current learners through their language education and career pathways. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound and receiving inbound calls, understanding learners’ educational goals, and recommending suitable language programs and learning tracks.
The role involves providing clear information about courses, admission processes, schedules, and fees, while addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally. The Student Counsellor will follow up with leads, maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system, and support enrollment targets through effective communication and relationship-building. The position requires close coordination with academic and operations teams to ensure a positive learner experience from initial inquiry to course completion.
Qualifications
- Strong student counseling and career counseling skills to guide learners in choosing appropriate language programs and future pathways.
- Proficiency in Tamil, English and Hindi.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear telephonic communication and active listening, to engage with diverse learners and families.
