Job Summary

The Student Engagement Officer is responsible for creating a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging campus setting by planning and executing student-centric initiatives that enhance the overall student experience. The role serves as the primary point of coordination between students, faculty, departments, and management to ensure effective communication, timely resolution of student concerns, and successful execution of academic, co-curricular, extracurricular, cultural, and institutional events.

The Student Engagement Officer plays a key role in improving student participation, satisfaction, leadership development, and overall campus life while fostering a positive institutional culture.

Key Responsibilities1. Student Engagement & Campus Life
- Develop and implement a comprehensive student engagement calendar aligned with the institution's academic calendar.
- Create initiatives that encourage student participation in academic, cultural, sports, technical, social,



and community activities.
- Foster an inclusive and student-friendly campus environment.
- Promote leadership, teamwork, creativity, and innovation among students.
- Conduct student interaction sessions to understand expectations and improve engagement.
- Build a strong student community through clubs, associations, and student committees.

2. Student Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison between students, faculty, departments, and management.
- Ensure smooth communication of institutional announcements, policies, and event information.
- Coordinate with Class Representatives (CRs), Student Council members, and student clubs.
- Organize regular meetings with student representatives to understand concerns and suggestions.
- Encourage student participation in institutional committees and initiatives.
