We are looking for an execution-focused
Project Manager
with
10–15 years of experience
in civil construction to lead end-to-end project execution across multiple sites. The role involves planning, site execution, procurement coordination, quality control, and timely project delivery while managing budgets, stakeholders, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and execute projects as per approved timelines and budgets.
- Review BOQs, execution schedules, and project milestones.
- Coordinate procurement, material availability, and vendor management.
- Ensure quality standards through regular site inspections and documentation.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and submit periodic MIS reports.
- Lead and mentor site engineers while ensuring SOP compliance and cross-functional coordination.
Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years
of experience in civil construction/site execution.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid knowledge of project planning, BOQs, procurement, budgeting, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
