Job Description
To perform Hydrogenation production activities safely and efficiently in compliance with cGMP, safety, quality,
and environmental requirements. Responsible for operating hydrogenation equipment, monitoring process parameters, maintaining documentation and achieving production targets.
- Supervise and manage daily production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.
- Implement and maintain Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulatory standards (e.g., USFDA, MHRA).
- Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead and mentor a team of production operators and junior executives.
- Coordinate with quality assurance, supply chain, and engineering departments to ensure smooth operations.
