Title: Recruitment Operations & Delivery Manager (U.S. Market)

We need someone who wants to own it, not manage it. You'll be the first senior hire on the ground, which means you'll shape everything: the team, the culture, the processes, and ultimately the results. This is a leadership role, not a quota role.

The Role

1. Build the team.



Your primary job is to build and scale a high-performing team of IT recruiters and sales professionals serving US clients. That means hiring the right people, setting explicit expectations, coaching relentlessly, and holding the team accountable to delivery. You'll establish the KPIs, run performance reviews, and create an environment where good people want to stay and grow.
2. Run the operation. You'll oversee the full recruitment and sales pipeline, from sourcing to placement, ensuring the branch runs efficiently and in compliance with US staffing standards. You'll also serve as the key link between India and US leadership, providing regular updates on branch performance, forecasts, and what's actually happening on the ground.
3. Drive the strategy. As the branch matures, your focus shifts toward growth levers and building the infrastructure to scale beyond what's visible today.
