About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Management Faculty cum Academic Coordinator to manage academic delivery, student development, and faculty coordination while ensuring the smooth functioning of academic operations. The ideal candidate should possess solid subject knowledge in hospitality and hotel management along with excellent coordination and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:Academic Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement academic calendars, class schedules, and training plans.
- Coordinate with faculty members to ensure timely completion of syllabus and lesson plans.
- Monitor daily class activities and maintain academic discipline.
- Conduct regular reviews of faculty performance and teaching effectiveness.
- Ensure timely completion of assignments, assessments, and examinations.
- Track student attendance and coordinate with the operations team regarding absenteeism.
- Organize industrial visits, workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and training sessions.




- Coordinate placement preparation activities including mock interviews and grooming sessions.
- Maintain student academic records and progress reports.
- Handle student grievances related to academics and ensure prompt resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company academic standards and policies.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly academic reports to management.
- Coordinate with placement and operations teams for student career development activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance and availability of study materials and training resources.

Faculty Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and practical-oriented classes for Hotel Management students.
