We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production/Quality/Store Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our production, quality control, and inventory processes. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of ensuring seamless operations across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in production management, quality assurance, and inventory/store management, along with a strong ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee production process to meet timelines, quality standards, and schedules.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Manage quality control processes and conduct regular inspections.
- Train and supervise team in quality control best practices.
- Address quality issues with production teams to reduce defects or returns.
- Oversee storage, organization, and stock levels of materials and goods.




- Conduct stock audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve high performance, quality, and safety.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in production, quality control, and store/inventory management, ideally in a manufacturing
- Proven ability to manage teams
- Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
