Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing
- Lead sourcing activities for plasticisers and polymer compounds across domestic and international markets.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified manufacturers and suppliers based on quality, capability, cost, and compliance.
- Develop a diversified supplier base to ensure uninterrupted supply and competitive pricing.
- Monitor market trends, raw material pricing, and emerging technologies to support sourcing decisions.

Manufacturing Partnership Development
- Build and strengthen strategic manufacturing partnerships with contract manufacturers and production partners in India and globally.
- Identify manufacturing capabilities that align with business expansion and product portfolio requirements.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, supply terms, confidentiality agreements, and long-term partnership contracts.
- Manage partner relationships to ensure operational excellence, scalability, and business continuity.

Commercial & Business Development
- Collaborate with Business Development, R&D;,



and Operations teams to identify new manufacturing opportunities.
- Evaluate potential manufacturing partners through technical, commercial, and operational assessments.
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve supply chain resilience, cost optimization, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Support current product commercialization through partner identification and manufacturing readiness.

Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Coordinate with international stakeholders and suppliers to manage project timelines and commercial discussions.
- Present sourcing strategies, partnership opportunities, and market insights to leadership.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Materials Science, Business, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
