Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head – Product Sales with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving product sales, developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, expanding distribution networks, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive sales growth for pharmaceutical products across assigned territories.
- Lead, motivate, and manage Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and Sales Executives.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, stockists, hospitals, pharmacies, retailers, and institutional customers.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
