Role Description
The Human Resources Manager at AIBI Campus is a full-time, in office role based in Kochi. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding of academic and non-academic staff, performance management,



employee engagement, and HR policy implementation. The Human Resources Manager will oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and institutional policies. Day-to-day activities include managing HR documentation, handling employee relations issues, supporting leadership in workforce planning, and partnering with department heads to identify talent needs. The role also involves contributing to a positive campus culture, organizing training and development initiatives, and implementing HR processes that support the institution’s growth and strategic goals.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor regulations, and HR documentation and reporting.
