Key Responsibilities:-
- Generate leads through various channels (calls, references, site visits, digital platforms).
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Stay updated with market trends and project knowledge.
Requirements:-
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (preferred).
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of real estate market in Noida is an advantage.
- Graduate in any discipline.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
