Nasscom is looking for a Junior Operations Manager to support the execution and operational management of AI initiatives, member programs, events, and ecosystem engagements. The role will be responsible for ensuring seamless program operations, maintaining operational trackers and databases, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, supporting event logistics, and driving execution excellence across multiple AI initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment with multiple parallel priorities.

Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility
- Support end-to-end operations for AI programs, member engagements, workshops, roundtables, and leadership forums.
- Manage program timelines, operational trackers, project plans, and execution dashboards.
- Coordinate with speakers, partners, startups, member organizations, vendors,



and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Support event planning including registrations, logistics, communications, venue coordination, speaker management, and post-event reporting.
- Prepare operational reports, participation analytics, feedback summaries, and management dashboards.
- Coordinate internal reviews, follow-ups, meeting notes, and action-item tracking.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Events, Marketing, Research, Finance, Policy, Membership, and Communications.
- Ensure process compliance, documentation, and operational best practices across programs.
- Support procurement, vendor coordination, invoicing, and basic budget tracking for assigned initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes through automation, standardization, and effective use of digital tools.
