*ROLE OVERVIEW*

We are looking for a highly creative
AI Video Creator & Performance Content Specialist
who can take complete ownership of our marketing creatives.

This is
not just a video editing role.

You'll be responsible for transforming ideas into scroll-stopping advertisements that drive clicks, engagement, and conversions across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

From researching trends and writing scripts to generating AI visuals, editing videos,



adding voiceovers, and publishing ad-ready creatives—you'll own the complete creative process.

*WHAT YOU WILL DO*
- Create high-converting short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and ads.
- Research viral content, hooks and storytelling formats.
- Write compelling ad scripts and content concepts.
- Generate AI images and videos using modern AI tools.
- Edit videos with qualified pacing, transitions, captions and motion graphics.
- Create engaging voiceovers using AI or human voice.
- Design attention-grabbing thumbnails and opening hooks.
- Convert healthcare concepts into simple, relatable content.
- Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
- Analyze ad performance and continuously improve creatives.
- Work closely with founders to launch new campaigns every week.
- Stay updated with the latest AI content creation tools and social media trends.
