- Define and execute product roadmap aligned with global expansion strategy
- Develop competitive propositions for Foreign Inward Outward P2P Remittances
- Prepare Concept Notes, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and define operational processes
- Ensure compliance with applicable FEMA and RBI regulations like LRS, RDA, MTSS, and Wire Transfer
- Collaborate with Technology, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Business teams
- Manage project execution including planning, releases, and UAT
- Support audits, governance, fraud controls, and continuous process improvement
- Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and enhanced customer experience
