Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Team Lead – HR Operations
to lead a team of HR Operations Associates, ensuring seamless service delivery, operational excellence, and adherence to SLAs. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in
Workday HCM
,
ServiceNow HRSD
, and HR Shared Services operations, along with proven people management experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 8–12 HR Operations Associates/Senior Associates.
- Own daily work allocation, queue management, and real-time SLA tracking.
- Conduct daily team huddles, weekly 1:1s, and monthly performance reviews.
- Act as the first point of escalation for complex ServiceNow HR cases.
- Perform first-level quality checks before HR transactions are processed.
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, SOPs, and process standards.




- Drive continuous process improvements and support operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a superior employee experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading or supervising a team.
- Hands-on Workday HCM experience is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD is required.
- Experience in HR Shared Services or Global HR Operations is preferred.
