Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Manufacturing Specialist role located in Haridwar. The Manufacturing Specialist will oversee and execute day-to-day manufacturing operations, including monitoring production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Responsibilities include operating and setting up equipment, coordinating with quality and maintenance teams, maintaining accurate production records, and supporting process optimization.



The role also involves troubleshooting manufacturing issues, participating in training activities, and helping implement safety and compliance procedures in line with company and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong manufacturing knowledge, including Manufacturing and Manufacturing Operations skills.
- Candidates should possess technical expertise in Manufacturing Engineering to support process design, improvement, and equipment handling.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and reporting production status.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to support onboarding, coaching, and skill development within the manufacturing team.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments, with familiarity in GMP and safety standards, is preferred.
