Role Overview
We are looking for experienced professionals in
Commercial Disputes
and
Contract Compliance
to support AI/ML model training. The role involves reviewing, validating, and improving AI-generated legal content related to commercial contracts, compliance, dispute resolution, and business litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI-generated content related to commercial disputes and contract compliance.
- Provide domain-specific feedback to improve AI accuracy and legal reasoning.
- Analyze commercial contracts, compliance requirements, dispute resolution,
and litigation scenarios.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and legal gaps in AI-generated responses.
- Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely project deliverables.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Disputes, Contract Compliance, Commercial Litigation, Corporate Law, or a related legal field.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, compliance frameworks, dispute resolution, and commercial legal practices.
- Excellent analytical, research, and written communication skills.
- Ability to review legal content with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in AI/ML training, legal content review, or data annotation is an added advantage.
