Job Description

As a Sr. Category Manager in the Demand team, you’d be responsible to estimate the demand from customers, designers, sales and delivery teams, and identify opportunities to drive the adoption of all categories.



You’d be working very closely with multiple front-end city teams to build joint strategic plans and to impact key metrics for the respective city teams. You’d coordinate with multiple functions across the board to drive key category metrics.

Responsibilities
- Category Adoption: Drive category adoption of all relevant offerings by aiding and incentivizing front-end teams and customers across all the relevant channels & platforms. Maximize up-sell opportunities and drive customer offers and incentives.
- Category Strategy: Formulate long-term strategies and implement short-term tactical plans, jointly with the city teams, for the development of categories.
- Identify showroom specific gaps and come up with strategic plans with measurable outcomes leading to uptick in revenue and AOV.
- Customer Experience: Work closely with city- teams, marketing, product, technology and learning & development teams, to design and
