Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Legal Executive (Contracts & Compliance) to manage employment-related legal documentation, commercial contracts, and corporate compliance activities. The ideal candidate should possess solid contract drafting skills, sound knowledge of employment and corporate laws,



and the ability to work closely with HR and business stakeholders to mitigate legal risks.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage employment agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), employment bonds, appointment letters, and other HR-related legal documents.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, service agreements, consultancy contracts, and other commercial contracts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, labour laws, and company policies.
- Provide legal guidance and support to the HR team on employment-related matters.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel whenever required.
- Maintain and organize legal records, contracts, and confidential documentation.
- Assist in handling legal notices, employment disputes, and compliance-related matters.
- Identify legal risks in contracts and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.
