Role Description
The Senior Account Director role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. This role is responsible for leading key client relationships, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor while overseeing the planning and execution of integrated marketing and communication initiatives. The Senior Account Director will manage account teams, drive business growth, coordinate with internal specialist teams,



and ensure delivery of high-quality work that meets client objectives and KPIs. Daily responsibilities include developing account plans, presenting strategies and performance updates, managing budgets and timelines, and proactively identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement. The role also involves mentoring team members, fostering collaboration, and ensuring operational excellence across all projects.
