About The Role
As a Tech Lead, you will own the design, architecture, and delivery of AI-first platforms and agentic systems powering mission-critical workflows for NBFCs, banks, and enterprises. You will lead a team of engineers to build scalable backend systems, AI pipelines, and GenAI-driven products while working closely with product, ML, and leadership teams. This is a hands-on leadership role where you are expected to architect, code, mentor, and ship production systems at scale.

Responsibilities
Architecture and System Design




- Design scalable architectures for AI platforms, microservices, and data pipelines.
- Define system design patterns for LLM-based applications and agentic workflows.
- Build resilient systems handling high-volume BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) data and transactions.

AI and GenAI Platform Development
- Implement robust pipelines for LLM orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Optimize model inference, latency, and throughput for production-grade AI applications.
- Integrate diverse data sources and unstructured data processing pipelines into AI workflows.

Engineering Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of backend and full-stack engineers.
- Establish engineering best practices, comprehensive code reviews, and robust testing methodologies.
- Drive a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and rapid execution.
