Farben.ai builds AI agents for finance operations, agents that move EBITDA, cash flow and control for mid-market CFOs and finance leaders. We sit ERP-agnostically on top of NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Tally and Xero. TechFarben is the parent, profitable consulting practice funding the build. We operate across 30+ countries with entities in the UK, Ireland, Singapore and India.

We are hiring our first India-based marketing lead: someone who runs digital marketing end to end and also builds the AI agents that do our lead generation, outbound research and campaign execution.

This is not a "manage an agency" role. You will build, ship and measure.

What you will own
- Full-funnel digital marketing: paid, organic, content distribution, email, LinkedIn, landing page conversion and campaign reporting.
- Design and build AI agents for marketing and lead generation: prospect research, intent signal tracking, outbound sequencing, content repurposing, campaign QA. You will work directly with our product and engineering team, not just brief them.
- Own our GTM tooling stack (Lusha,



LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email infrastructure) and keep target account lists live and current.
- Build and run outbound and inbound campaigns targeting CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers and FP&A; leaders across target industries.
- Fix and own conversion tracking across our landing pages and booking flows. Diagnosing broken funnels is part of the job, not someone else's.
- Work with sales on messaging, case studies and proof points, and report on pipeline contribution, not just marketing activity.

What you bring
- 4 to 8 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with direct experience selling into or marketing to finance, RevOps or operations buyers.
- Hands-on experience building or deploying AI agents or LLM-powered workflows for marketing use cases. You should be able to talk through a build you have shipped, not just tools you have used.
