Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new 401(k) plan clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and addressing their needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services and enhance client satisfaction.
- Service Delivery Oversight:
- Ensure the effective and accurate delivery of outsourced recordkeeping services, including data processing, reconciliation, and participant account maintenance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of service delivery to assess compliance and identify potential risks.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and manage a team of recordkeeping professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and training.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including ERISA, DOL regulations, and IRS guidelines.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks associated with recordkeeping services.
- Conduct periodic risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Technology and Innovation:
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in the recordkeeping space.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency and enhance client service.
- Collaborate with technology teams to ensure the seamless integration of recordkeeping systems with client platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
