Role Description
The Human Resources Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end HR function. The role includes managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. The Human Resources Manager will handle performance management processes, support employee relations, and implement training and development initiatives. This role also involves developing and updating HR policies, managing compensation and benefits programs,



and partnering with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational culture.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices relevant to the Indian context.
- Proficiency in HR documentation, record keeping, and use of HR software or systems.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and levels.
- Demonstrated ability in organizational planning, problem-solving, and decision-making in HR operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a managerial HR role, preferably in a similar industry or regional setting.
