Role Description
The Information Technology Specialist will manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring stable and secure operations across all systems and networks. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, monitoring network performance, resolving technical issues,



and implementing security measures to protect data and systems. The role involves providing responsive on-site support to internal users, documenting common issues and solutions, and coordinating with external vendors and service providers as needed.
