Job Title: Business Development Executive

PIXELAK FILMS are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive who can generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, client follow-ups, and relationship building. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the confidence to interact with corporate clients across various industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Lead Generation

* Make outbound calls to prospective clients.

* Generate qualified business leads through cold calling and online research.

* Identify decision-makers within organizations.

* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

* Client Communication

* Introduce Pixelak Films' services professionally.

* Understand client requirements and business objectives.

* Schedule meetings for the Sales Team or Business Head.

* Conduct follow-up calls and emails.

* Lead Generation

* Make outbound calls to prospective clients.

* Generate qualified business leads through cold calling and online research.





* Identify decision-makers within organizations.

* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

* Conduct follow-up calls and emails.

*CRM & Reporting*

* Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.

* Update CRM/Excel with lead status.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

* Track follow-ups and meeting schedules.

REQUIRED SKILLS

* Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.

* Strong telephone etiquette.

* Convincing and negotiation skills.

* Good interpersonal skills.

* Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

* Ability to handle objections confidently.

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

* Basic understanding of CRM software is an advantage.

* Ability to work under sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
