About the role
The Data Analyst will report to the FP&A; Manager and play a key role in building and maintaining KPI frameworks, interactive dashboards, and automated reporting processes using Power BI and related tools. This role supports the FP&A; function by transforming financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop,
and maintain KPI dashboards and reports using Power BI to support FP&A; and broader business stakeholders.
- Build automated reporting solutions to replace manual processes, improving accuracy and efficiency of financial and operational reporting.
- Collaborate with the FP&A; Manager to identify key performance metrics and translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Manage data connections, transformations, and model structures within Power BI.
Requirement / Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Robust proficiency in Power BI and dashboard development.
- Solid understanding of KPI framework design and financial/operational metrics.
- Working knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) and SQL for data querying.
- Ability to automate repetitive reporting tasks and streamline data workflows
