Role Description
The Executive Talent Acquisition role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various business functions. The Executive will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, conducting telephonic and in-person interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and managing offer negotiations in alignment with company policies. The role also involves contributing to employer branding activities,



maintaining accurate recruitment data and reports, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Qualifications

Strong recruitment skills, including Hiring and Recruiting for diverse corporate and real estate profiles.
- Excellent Communication abilities for candidate engagement, stakeholder coordination, and interview management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Experience in Employer Branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s visibility and attract high-quality talent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; additional HR certifications are beneficial.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
