What you'll do

● Write realistic legal task prompts grounded in real qualified legal work, including contract negotiations, litigation matters, regulatory investigations, compliance reviews, intellectual property disputes, employment matters, policy analysis, and legal research assignments.

● Prepare detailed step-by-step solution logic and a Golden Answer or legally supported conclusion for each task.

● Write 10–25 binary verifiers per task

● derived directly from your legal analysis (e.g., "V3: Correctly identifies arbitration clause as enforceable", "V5:



Correctly identifies that the arbitration clause's class-action waiver is enforceable under AT&T; Mobility v. Concepcion and the FAA, notwithstanding contrary state law = Pass; concludes the waiver is unenforceable based on state unconscionability law alone = Fail”, "V7: Concludes statute of limitations expired before filing date").

● Build or source accompanying data files (minimum 3 files per task) such as contracts, pleadings, statutes, regulations, agency guidance, internal policies, correspondence, legal memoranda, or judicial opinions.

● Include a deliberately embedded legal trap (e.g., superseded regulation, distinguishable precedent, conflicting jurisdiction, outdated agency guidance, hidden contractual exception) and realistic background noise.

● Submit a one-sentence Lazy AI Test predicting exactly how a standard frontier model would fail the task, including the likely legal reasoning error.
