Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive with a minimum of 5 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, sound accounting knowledge, and hands-on experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions, journal entries, and ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing reports.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, including return filing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.




- Process vendor payments and customer collections.
- Maintain fixed asset records and inventory accounting.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants during audits and assessments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and ERP software.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
