Job Purpose

To support on PO, PR & GRN creation. Maintain budget, Vendor and stakeholder management.

Key Accountabilities

1. Shall possess in-depth understanding of following activities.
- Receive and review IT purchase requests from various departments within the organization.
- Ensure that purchase requests are complete, accurate, and comply with company policies and budgetary constraints.
- Work to secure favorable terms for the organization while maintaining positive vendor relationships.
- Prepare IT AOP & Maintain track of expense vs. budget.
- Generate purchase orders based on approved requisitions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Include relevant details such as item descriptions, quantities, prices, delivery dates, and any special terms or conditions.
- Monitor and track the status of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up with vendors to obtain order status updates and address any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments, such as finance, logistics, and inventory management, to coordinate the procurement process effectively.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and address any concerns.
- Seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
