About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist with 7–8 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in the Google Ads ecosystem, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven ability to drive ROI and campaign growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns.
- Optimize keywords, bidding strategies, budgets, audiences, and ad creatives.
- Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Merchant Center, and conversion tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct keyword research,



account audits, and A/B testing.
- Leverage AI tools for campaign optimization, reporting, and research.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features and industry best practices.

Requirements
- 7–8 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong expertise across the complete Google Ads ecosystem.
- Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Google Merchant Center, Looker Studio, and Google Ads Editor.
- Strong understanding of campaign strategy, bidding, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and performance optimization.
- Experience managing high-budget campaigns with a proven track record of improving ROI and ROAS.
- Prior agency experience is mandatory.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
