Quality Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales team
- Identify new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors
- Handle major project sales and high-value negotiations
- Oversee preparation of techno-commercial proposals and tender submissions
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams for solution development
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Review sales pipeline and forecast future business opportunities
- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits
- Ensure timely order closure and project handover
- Prepare and present sales report to senior management
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proven experience on B2B/ Project Sales
- Excellent negotiation and communication ability
- Sound Technical understanding of HVAC Systems
- Strategic thinking with result driven approach

1. Gender: Male/ Female
2. Age: 28 years and above
3. Qualification: Require a bachelor's degree - Mechanical Engineering and PG - MBA/PGDM in Marketing
4. Work experience, skills, or abilities of the incumbent
4.1. At least 4 to 6 years’ sales experience in the Production HVAC related industry
