Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager / Business Development Manager role based in Patna.



The role involves identifying and developing current business opportunities with telecom operators, ISPs, system integrators, enterprises, and channel partners, while expanding Syrotech’s presence in the region. The person in this position will manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, product presentations, solution proposals, negotiation, and closure. Responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client technical and commercial requirements, coordinating with internal teams for pricing and delivery, and tracking sales performance against targets. The role also includes market research, participation in local events or partner meets, and regular reporting on pipeline status and competitive activity.
