Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved drawings.
- Conduct quality inspections for civil works including RCC, Mivan formwork, MSB/conventional construction, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Review and approve inspection requests, checklists, material submittals, and test reports before execution.
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, contractors, and laboratory teams to ensure timely inspections and quality compliance.
- Identify quality deviations, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and monitor corrective and preventive actions until closure.
- Ensure all incoming materials are inspected, tested, and approved as per IS codes and project quality requirements.




- Maintain and update QA/QC documentation, including inspection records, material test reports, quality logs, and handover documents.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2 - 8+ years of QA/QC experience in civil construction projects.
- Hands-on experience in residential high-rise projects using Mivan and MSB/conventional construction methods.
- Strong knowledge of IS codes, quality standards, material testing, and QA/QC documentation.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and analytical skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
