Role Description
The Co-Owner role at Frontier Tourism is a full-time, hybrid position based in Siliguri, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. The Co-Owner will oversee daily operations, including supervising travel planning, coordinating with local partners,



and ensuring service quality across all offerings. Responsibilities include driving business development and sales, shaping product development for new itineraries and experiences, and guiding marketing initiatives to strengthen the brand in North East India and South East Asia. The role also involves managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, supporting strategic partnerships, and leading a small team to deliver consistent, customer-focused service. The Co-Owner will collaborate on long-term strategy, foster a culture of responsible tourism, and ensure smooth coordination between on-site and remote work.
