Role Description
The Lean Manufacturing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based at the Viramgam facility. This position is responsible for driving lean initiatives on the shop floor, including mapping processes, identifying waste,



and implementing improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and safety. The role involves collaborating with production, maintenance, ERP, quality, and supply chain teams to standardize work, optimize workflows, and support continuous improvement projects. The coordinator will conduct data analysis, develop and track performance metrics, prepare reports, and facilitate training sessions on lean tools and methodologies. Additional responsibilities include supporting project implementation timelines, ensuring adherence to lean standards, and promoting a culture of problem-solving and operational excellence.
