About the Role

We are looking for a
Project Coordinator
to manage and coordinate technology-driven product development projects.

In this role, you'll work closely with engineering, product, business, and leadership teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You'll play a key role in planning, tracking, documentation, stakeholder communication, and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of multiple technology projects.




- Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Organize project meetings, document Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and track action items.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with Hardware, Software, Production, QC, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints, and proactively drive resolutions.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain clear communication.
- Support project documentation, reporting, and process improvements.
- Ensure projects follow defined processes and quality standards.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in
Physics, Mathematics, Statistics
,
Engineering, Technology,

or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years
of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, PMO, or Technical Program Coordinat
