Manage and troubleshoot mail flow, connectors, and hybrid Exchange environments.

Design and troubleshoot Conditional Access, MFA, and identity-related issues.

Administer Teams policies, meetings, voice configurations, and integrations.

Manage OneDrive sync, storage, sharing, and security configurations.

Perform tenant administration, licensing management, and governance activities.

Automate tasks using PowerShell, Graph API, and Azure automation.

Monitor service health, respond to alerts, and maintain operational stability.

Support backup, disaster recovery, and data retention strategies.
