Role Overview

Della is seeking a visionary and dynamic
Head of Branding
to lead the Group's brand strategy, positioning,



and communications across its luxury real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, and design businesses. This leadership role requires an accomplished branding professional with deep expertise in premium real estate, exceptional industry relationships, and the ability to build iconic brands that drive business growth and market differentiation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall brand strategy aligned with Della's business vision and growth objectives.
- Lead branding initiatives across luxury real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, and mixed-use developments.
- Build compelling brand positioning, storytelling, and customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Drive integrated marketing, digital, PR, corporate communications, and project launch campaigns.
- Partner closely with Sales, Design, Business Development, and Leadership teams to strengthen brand equity and support revenue growth.
