Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen3) Developer
with strong expertise in
Oracle Fusion applications
. The candidate will be responsible for
designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise‑grade integrations
across Oracle Cloud, on‑premise systems, and third‑party platforms.
The role requires
deep technical expertise
,
integration architecture skills
, and
hands‑on leadership
to build scalable, secure, and high‑performance solutions. Experience with
Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR / Payroll)
is a solid advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy integrations using
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen3 – Project Environment)
.
- Architect and implement
real‑time (synchronous)
and
batch (asynchronous)
integrations.
- Lead technical design discussions and perform
work allocation and review
for team members.
- Implement
reusable, standardized integration patterns
and best practices.
- Configure and manage
logging, tracking, fault policies, and auditing
within OIC.
- Utilize
pre‑built integrations, OIC adapters, and orchestration patterns
effectively.
- Implement
robust error handling, reprocessing, and exception management
.
- Ensure
secure integrations
, including authentication, authorization, and payload encryption/decryption where required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve
complex integration, performance, and data issues
.
- Support integration lifecycle activities including
testing, deployment, and production support
.
Required Skills & Experience
Core OIC Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience with
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen3)

- In‑depth understanding of:
- OIC integrations and integrations patterns
- Lookups, Packages, Libraries, and Insight (if applicable)
- OIC Adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, File Server, ERP, HCM, DB)
