Role Description
The Executive Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, responsible for leading sales operations and driving revenue growth for Luxe Galleria’s premium interior solutions. This role oversees a sales team, sets targets,



and monitors performance while developing and executing strategic sales plans aligned with the brand’s positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and engaging high-value clients, conducting showroom consultations, preparing proposals, and managing negotiations to close deals. The Executive Sales Manager will collaborate closely with design and operations teams to ensure accurate project scoping, timely delivery, and a high level of client satisfaction. The role also involves building long-term relationships with partners, tracking market trends, and reporting on sales metrics to senior leadership.
