5–15 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the healthcare data domain.
- Agile-certified (e.g., SAFe PO/PM) with solid experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Expertise in translating complex business needs into clear, actionable features and acceptance criteria.
- Strong understanding of key healthcare data domains such as provider, claims, membership, and benefits.
- Proven ability to gain deep industry and business knowledge and apply it to drive impactful results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across multiple teams and organizational levels.
- Strong communication skills—capable of influencing both technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Proficient with Agile tools like JIRA, including backlog management and supporting Agile ceremonies.
