ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement territorylevel sales strategies to achieve business goals, ensuring alignment with broader organizational priorities and market potential.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Review business performance across the geography at regular intervals, track sales KPIs, analyze trends, identify gaps, and execute corrective actions to ensure consistent target achievement.
- Channel Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with key channel partners, strategic contributors, and business influencers within the territory to support sustained business growth and partner engagement.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, drive geographic expansion within the area, and support the onboarding of new business partners or contributors to strengthen overall business sourcing.
- Agent / Partner Productivity Management: Enable and strengthen the productivity of the field force and channel partners through structured planning, funnel management, regular reviews,



and targeted activity planning.
- Engagement: Lead structured engagement programs including business meets, capability forums, leadership forums, recognition platforms, and partner activations to maximize field productivity and motivation.
- Training & Capability Building: Enable the field force with training on product knowledge, digital sales processes, underwriting norms, sales effectiveness, and relationship management to uplift capability across the broader territory.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to identify market opportunities and adapt plans proactively.
- LOB Management: Grow all lines of business while ensuring portfolio profitability, business hygiene, and adherence to underwriting norms.
