Role Summary
ROX Hi-Tech is seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Digital Demand Executive to drive demand generation and create qualified business opportunities for our sales team. The ideal candidate is energetic, positive, target-driven, and possesses exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to generate leads and engage enterprise customers.
This role is ideal for professionals aspiring to build a successful career in Enterprise Sales and grow into an Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Identify and engage decision-makers across target accounts.
- Schedule qualified customer meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
- Conduct account research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to drive business growth.
- Achieve defined monthly and quarterly lead generation and meeting targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) is an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Lead Generation, Demand Generation, Business Development, Inside Sales, or IT Sales.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Experience in the IT Services, Cloud, SAP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, AI, or Digital Transformation industry is preferred.
