Role Description
The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR policy implementation in alignment with organizational goals. This full-time,



on-site role in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region involves handling employee relations, addressing queries, facilitating performance and engagement processes, and coordinating with functional teams to ensure a positive work environment. The role also includes assisting in recruitment activities, supporting HR compliance and documentation, and contributing to HR initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and retention. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure HR practices are productive, consistent, and aligned with One Health Assist’s mission and values.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core HR functions.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, and HRIS or similar systems.
- Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle employee queries, concerns, and engagement
