Role & responsibilities
- Maintain Stock levels (project-wise & central store), Critical items (management /storage), Any dead stock
- Inward & Outward Process
- GRN (Goods Receipt Note) process
- Material issue procedures
- SAP Knowledge
- Excel trackers / manual logs
- Approved formats maintain
- Batch/serial tracking
- Material under inspection or procedure for inspection
- Returnable / rejected materials and its procedures
- Vendor contracts & technical specs
- stock audit
- Quantity vs system stock, Damaged / obsolete items verification
- Record discrepancies
- End-to-end material flow
- Site coordination method
- Site manpower arrangement and procedure in case of material received and its handling/unloading/intimation process/safety process.
Preferred candidate profile
candidates having 8 to 13 years of Experience in Project Stores will be preferred.
